If you have insurance, we're happy to submit all claims for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. However, you're responsible for knowing the coverage of your policy. We'll do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need. If you don't have insurance or we're filing for you, payment is due at the time of service. Check, cash, or any major credit card is accepted.
If you're unable to keep your appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours' advance notice. By giving us advance notice, we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for a scheduled appointment without sufficient notice. Same-day and walk-in appointments are also accepted.
